Furthermore, his investments are wise and aim towards achieving futuristic goals whose end product would be a transformed world in which modern technology can be accessed by anyone all over the world. A good leader always listens. Bill gates is a good listener and is never in a rush to make critical decisions. He respects the views of others and always considers them when making business decisions.
